Our Vision

Home Performance Group LLC was founded on the idea of delivering world-class technology and cutting-edge building science to homeowners. We empower individuals with attainable choices and offer a broad range of services to meet clients’ specific needs and project goals. We believe a single contractor providing a full suite of high-performance construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services offers exceptional convenience, and a holistic lens to management larger projects.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our clients better products and better solutions.

Experience

We have a combined 75 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation. Additionally, our team possesses more than 30 years of experience in septic systems, and advanced alternative technologies such as Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, geothermal ground-source heat pumps, and building science.

Training

We cultivate and embrace a learning culture at Home Performance Group; training is considered business critical. We research and explore new building and installation techniques, procedures, and best practices, continuously refining our offerings and how we do business.

In an effort to remain on the cutting edge, we invested in a dedicated state-of-the-art training center where our staff completes more than 120 hours of above-industry-standard continuing education and professional development per year. We operate a challenging cross-training apprenticeship program that combines both classroom and hands-on training.

In addition to staff training, our principals complete a further 96 hours of professional continuing education per year. This education is focused on current code requirements and industry best practices across the electrical, plumbing, septic, HVAC, and building trades.
