Project Description
The homeowner contacted us to install a new high-efficient gas furnace. We properly sized the furnace based on a home heating and cooling load calculation. Our team of craftsman installed the new direct vent 98.8% gas furnace, controls, return air box, supply air plenum and all associated gas and condensate piping, and electrical wiring. This system uses nearly 20% less gas to operate as compared to federal minimum efficiency standards. Additionally, the variable speed indoor fan motor uses substantially less electricity to circulate air and automatically adjusts speed based on inputs frmt he advanced controls.
