Snowmelt Driveway

Project Description

Kearney, MO – A 4,700 square foot custom home outfitted with a hydronic SIM (Snow Ice Melt) system in the driveway, front walkway and porch. SIM provided the homeowner added safety during the winter from slips and falls while protecting the concrete from the corrosive action of melting salts. The system was designed to effectively operate at 15 degrees outside temperature with 10 miles per hour wind.
